Orientation for university drop-outs

Counteracting the shortage of skilled workers with vocational training is a promising strategy. But companies should not only target graduates. University students who realise that studying is not the right path for them need support with orientation. The "Studienzweifel" advisory board can help them find their way into vocational training. This advisory board consists of the Ernst-Abbe-University of Applied Science, Friedrich-Schiller-University, the employment agency, the Jena/ SHK district craftsmen's association, the East Thuringia Chamber of Industry and Commerce and  Jena Business Development.
