Das Beratungsangebot der Mitarbeitenden besteht nicht nur für die Öffentlichkeit, Investoren, Planungsbüros und Gutachter, sondern ebenso für Vertreter aus Politik und Wirtschaft.

The employees of the urban land use and green space planning team advise in particular the commissioned planning offices and investors and are available to the interested public for inquiries about all ongoing procedures in the area of binding urban land use planning.

Legal basis
The preparation of urban land use plans is a mandatory task of the municipality.
The legal bases are essentially the Building Code (BauGB), the Building Use Ordinance (BauNVO), the Thuringian Building Code (ThürBO) and the Thuringian Municipal Code (ThürKO).
