Design an electric airplane with our app

The app physically accurately simulates the sound of your creation. Help us to understand how airplane engines need to be configured to cause as little disturbance as possible. Alternatively, you can create the most annoying sound possible and put on your companion's headphones ;-)

Then visit our other fascinating experimental stations. Discover the impressive possibilities of modern drone technology with VR goggles, explore our FieldMApp for sustainable agriculture, discover the pitfalls of training artificial neural networks (AI) and much more.

DLR is Germany's national research center for aeronautics and space. Its extensive research and development work in aeronautics, space, energy, transportation and security is integrated into national and international collaborations.

At the DLR Institute of Data Science in Jena, we focus on the entire life cycle of data, starting with the acquisition and collection of high-quality data, its efficient and sustainable management and its subsequent analysis to extract the most relevant information.

Note
Also visit our lecture series (every hour from 6.30 pm, 30 minutes each)
