The Jena Alliance for Skilled Workers (JAfF) brings together actors from business, science, municipalities and educational institutions from Jena and the region to master the challenges of skilled worker development in Jena. As head of the JAfF, JenaWirtschaft assumes responsibility for strengthening the competitiveness of business and science in Jena.

The annual meeting of the Jena Alliance for Skilled Workers will take place on Thursday, 07 September 2023 at the "führbar" (Am alten Güterbahnhof 1, 07743 Jena).
Jahressitzung 2024
Die Jahressitzung der Jenaer Allianz für Fachkräfte fand am 5. September im StadtLab Jena statt. Rund 20 Vertreter:innen aus Unternehmen, Kommunen und Bildung diskutierten zusammen mit dem Oberbürgermeister Dr. Thomas Nitzsche und Wilfried Röpke, Geschäftsführer von JenaWirtschaft, die Frage, welche Herausforderungen bei der Gewinnung von (internationalen) Fachkräften sich durch die Ergebnisse der Landtagswahl in Thüringen ergeben.
