Immerse yourself in the world of diversity that is barely visible or invisible to the naked eye! Dyes make symbionts visible under the microscope and insects from large to tiny can be seen in a completely different light under the stereomicroscope.

Microscopes give us a whole new perspective on insects. Beetles, bugs, wasps and flies, whether large or tiny: under the microscope we can see all their filigree beauty, their compound eyes, antennae and mouthparts. But we can also visualize their microscopic bacterial helpers, their symbionts or symbiotic bacteria, with the fluorescence microscope. We also explain the function of symbionts for the survival of insects.
