Brief description of the proposal

The payment processes in Galaxsea, but also in the other pools, could be considerably accelerated if at least some of the customers interested in technology could make routine payments via a machine. In particular, it would be easy to make additional payments in the event of time overruns without having to disrupt the entire process at the counter.

A person would still be needed for inquiries, price lists and monitoring, but they would have more time for human service.

Statement from the administration

Unfortunately, the proposal does not comply with the rules of the citizens' budget and can therefore not be put to the vote. The operation of the Galaxsea leisure pool is not the responsibility of Jena City Council but of Jenaer Bäder und Freizeit GmbH, which cannot be a beneficiary.
