Join-in experiment to determine pressures

The experiment is designed to give visitors an understanding of the physical quantity of pressure in use on melting units. How does a simple pressure gauge work? What is flow velocity, dynamic pressure and volume flow all about? Visitors can build, test and take home a simple "inclined tube manometer" under supervision. Afterwards, they will receive a "Long Night of Science test certificate" for the device.
